We check for any obstructions, damage, and cracks in the foundation or any other concerns with the flue.

Fixtures and Faucets, Water Supply Systems, Drain, Waste and Vent Systems, Water Heater, Vents, Flues & Chimneys, and any Sump Pumps or Fuel Storage and Distribution Systems.
Electrical
Service Entrance and Panels, Branch Circuits, Connected Devices & Fixtures, Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Detectors, and making sure your outlets are GFCI-protected.
Appliances
Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Range Hood, Range or Oven, Cook-Top, Microwave, Trash Compactor, Bathroom Exhaust Fans, Garage Door Operator, and other built-in appliances.

Portions of the Chimney Exterior and Interior, including Attics, Crawl Spaces, and Basements. Video scope of the entire flue.

Infrared Thermal Camera Inspection is included with every inspection, focusing on walls below grade, looking for moisture intrusion.
